Response Timelines

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt. We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days of acknowledgement, as required under the IT Rules.

What You Can Complain About

  • Content that violates Freppy's Community Guidelines
  • Unlawful content as defined under applicable Indian law
  • Content that infringes your intellectual property rights
  • Privacy violations or unauthorised use of your personal information
  • Issues with creator-brand transactions or disputes not resolved by standard support
  • Any other violations of Freppy's Terms of Service

How to File a Complaint

Email grievance@freppy.app with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • A description of the grievance
  • URLs or screenshots of the content in question (if applicable)
  • The relief or action you are seeking

Data Protection Requests (DPDP Act 2023)

For data-related requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — including account deletion, data portability, or consent withdrawal — email privacy@freppy.app. Requests are processed within 30 days.
